WWF
WWF's mission is to build a future in which humans live in harmony with the natural world. Our latest report shows that we are consuming our natural reserves at an unsustainable rate and if everyone lived as we do in the UK, we would need three planets to support us. Do you know how many planets your own lifestyle takes? Find out by measuring your ecological footprint as part of WWF's One Planet Living campaign.
COIN

It uses grassroots communication techniques and works within communities to build momentum for radical lifestyle change on this issue.
New Green Consumer Guide
Twenty years after co-authoring the original Green Consumer Guide with John Elkington, sustainable lifestyle expert Julia Hailes has delivered an up-to-date and painstakingly researched edition of the eco-shoppers' bible. Important governing factors such as climate change and sustainability are taken into consideration for every purchasing choice: this often results in a trade-off with no 100% green options. Overall, an exceptionally useful book.
